In early 2015, I left Göttingen to complete my sports science studies in Leipzig, focusing on rehabilitation and prevention: I have always been fascinated by anatomy and physiology, especially the connections between movement, training, and performance. I gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by people with persistent or chronic pain through my own experience with a knee injury.
My work experience in rehabilitation also motivated me to specialize in pain therapy.
I understand very well how discouraging it can be when pain restricts mobility.
I continually further my education in my field. Applied neurology (neuroathletics) excites me. Additionally, I incorporate current scientific findings on movement control and pain development into my work.
Neurobased training is the core of my pain reduction program.
With my therapies, I focus on pain reduction, optimal training performance, and everyday mobility for a more active and pain-free life.
